Warranty

Solid Master Battery offers warranty on all our batteries that are directly purchased from Solid Master Battery or authorized resellers. See below for coverage and terms:

Coverage Period:

  • Pouch Cells: 2 years from date of purchase
  • Battery Packs: 2 years from date of purchase

*Unless otherwise directly stated on the product page such as clearance items.

Exclusions and Limitations:

Not covered under warranty:

-Products that are damaged or modified. (This includes any cable or adapter modifications not provided by us directly)

-Products operated beyond specifications and manual instructions.

-Products that are disassembled.

-Products purchased from third-party or unauthorized seller.

-Products cleaned with harmful substances.

-Products damaged from outside sources.

-Products misused or used in extreme environments.

-Products with non-quality issues.

-Products used with wrong chargers or wrong configurations.

-Products without valid proof of purchase.

-Products damaged by or modified with third party equipment, adapters, cables.

-Products charged / discharged beyond manual specifications.

-Products not used within safety guidelines found in manual. 

Returns / Exchange

Returns/Exchange:   30 days

(Return ⟶ 15% restocking fee plus shipping fees; Exchange ⟶ charging shipping cost)

*You must complete and submit Solid Master Battery RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form via Email to begin the return process. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

**Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.**

  • Please include the following information: Order number, Order date, Item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a detailed description of the reason for return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with NO modifications to the battery, cables, or adapters. It must also be in the original packaging along with all accessories.

*If item(s) are damaged, modified in any way, or missing original packaging, this is considered in violation of the Warranty/Policy. Therefore, you will no longer be eligible for Refund or Exchange. Returns will not be processed after the 30-day mark. 

Please be advised that only a partial refund will be granted if: 

  • The item is not in its original packaging that it was sent in.
  • The item User Manual, Label, or Casing is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.


Refund Process (After RMA Has Been Submitted)

Once the RMA Form has been completed and submitted to Solid Master Battery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, we do not provide return labels.

  • Remember to save your return shipping receipt for possible reimbursement.

We only provide reimbursement for the return label, if the item is deemed to be a manufacturer error.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from our facility unless stated otherwise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 4-5 business days starting after the RMA Approval Status has been confirmed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet;

- First Refresh and Check your bank account again.
- If you still cannot locate your return, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Discounted Items/Purchased "On SALE"

 

ONLY regular priced items are eligible for refund. Unfortunately, items purchased "On Sale" or at a discounted price cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are Defective due to Manufacturer Error. Testing is done in order to confirm that the issue is in fact due to Manufacturer Error.

Non-defective Returns (NDR)

  • Non-defective returns: for any non-defective return(s) or refused shipment, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • If the item returned to us is tested to be working, it will be treated as a non-defective return.

The customer must pay for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to him/her.NOTE: Please call us for support before initiating a return to eliminate technical issues.

 

Repairs

Solid Master Battery may offer some repair services. Although, a repair service fee may apply.

Service fee depends on the severity of the repair, the time spent on the repair, the materials needed for the repair, etc. 

If we cannot repair the item(s), we will let you know. In this case, the only option is to place a new order or receive a possible replacement if it is a manufacturer error.

*Our technicians reserve the right to deny a repair service request for any reason including concern for their safety.

Please Note: Solid Master Battery Technicians are not obligated to repair any item(s). All repairs (if any) are done as a courtesy.

**If a Solid Master Battery Technician accepts the repair service request, you understand that by allowing us to work on the item(s), there is no guarantee that it will be fixed or replaced.

***If a repair is being done on a Solid Master Battery that is connected or inside of customers personal belongings, Solid Master Battery is not liable for any damages that may occur. 

 

International Refund/Exchange

 

International Orders are non-refundable, and all sales are final. By placing an order on our website, all international customers agree to these terms. 

 

If you are interested in a Return/Exchange, you can contact us via E-mail at contact@solidmasterbattery.com and submit an RMA Form. 

 

*Please note that if an International Return is Approved, customer will be responsible for ALL return shipping cost. This includes shipping cost to have the item returned to our facility and then back to the customer, as well as any international taxes, duties, and additional fees that may be required. 

 

WARNING: The shipment of batteries is strictly regulated and monitored. Failure to comply with the correct shipping procedure may result in violations of federal and/or international shipping regulations and will result in severe civil and/or criminal penalties.

Customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item/order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held liable. 

 

Please package your return well to avoid damages during return shipment.

 

As mentioned above; If the return arrives in bad condition or item has modifications, this is considered in violation of the Warranty/Policy. Therefore, the customer will no longer be eligible for Refund or Exchange. 

 

Here at Solid Master Battery, we value our customers, and we understand dealing with returns and exchanges are not always a pleasant experience.

Shipping

Solid Master Battery typically ships out your battery within 3-5 business days due to testing and packaging required for lithium batteries.

Please note: Shipping lithium batteries are classified as a hazardous goods and typically can only be shipped via Ground by our shipping carriers (FedEx / UPS / USPS).
